About Linda

In 2004 Linda Papp integrated both her love and passion for horses and her belief in the healing powers of alternative medicine.  Linda started working with horses when she was only 10 years old. Now, nearly 35 years later, she is an accomplished classical dressage rider, a licensed professional counselor, and a massage therapist for both horse and human.

Her massage training started in 2004 when she received her first certification by Equissage Inc. Linda then went on to become a human massage therapist specializing in medical massage and joint mobility in 2006. She has adapted and developed many techniques to help identify and reduce pain in both horse and human.

Linda has also trained with many well-known equine body workers all over the country and believes in the importance of continuing education. Linda has trained with Mary Schreiber, Jim Masterson, Dr. Regan Golob, and Bob Pecora. Linda has also worked extensively with classical dressage and eventing trainers and riders all over CT to develop properly conditioned and trained dressage horses. She has been riding and training classical dressage for over 15 years with many years of experience with baroque types, warmbloods, and many other breeds of horses. Linda is in the process of becoming certified in equine supported growth and psychotherapy to integrate with her private practice counseling services.
